How do I get access to your webshop?

Our webshop is only accessible to businesses. Create an account here. Once your request has been approved, you’ll receive an email to activate your account. After activation, you can log in and start placing orders.

How do I place an order?

Got an approved account? Then you can order directly via our webshop!

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. You can reach us via operations@brandplant.nl

My order is incomplete. What should I do?

That’s certainly not supposed to happen - our apologies! Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. You can reach us via operations@brandplant.nl.

What payment options are available?

You can pay by credit card or per invoice after delivery.

Are the prices shown including or excluding VAT?

All prices on our website are shown excluding VAT. VAT will be calculated and added during checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

Orders over €200 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. For orders below that amount, we charge €19.95 for shipping.

Can I order from abroad?

At the moment, we only deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium (mostly Vlaanderen and Brussels, please contact us for Wallonië).

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver your order within 2 business days.

Product Availability

Why is a product no longer visible on the website?

If a product is no longer visible on our website, it usually means that it’s temporarily out of stock.

In most cases, the product will be restocked within a week. Feel free to check back later or contact operations@brandplant.nl if you have specific questions about availability or expected restock dates.

When will a product be back in stock?

We regularly restock our inventory. The webshop is always up to date, so keep an eye on it. In many cases, products return soon.

Marketing Support & Activation

Do you offer promotional materials?

Yes, we’re happy to support you with designs of (custom) promotional materials. Send an email to marketing@brandplant.nl.

Can you help with recipes or inspiration?

Absolutely! We have a range of recipes with our products. Get in touch via marketing@brandplant.nl for advice.

How do I schedule a pop-up?
